STRAWBERRY JELL-O CAKE

Comments: This is a nice cool dessert and just perfect for the summertime BBQ's and family gatherings.

1 package (18.25oz) white cake mix
1 (6oz) package strawberry Jell-O
1 (8oz) Cool Whip
3 cups boiling water
Fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish

Mix Jell-O using 3 cups boiling water and allow to come to room temperature. Bake cake as directed, using 13x9-inch pan. When cake has baked, cut into squares while cake is warm. Pour Jell-O over cake and allow gelling in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with sliced strawberries.

Note: If you want to turn your cake out onto a platter, set pan in warm water for about a 15 to 20 seconds. Use any flavor of Jell-O and add the fruit of your choice.
