RE: How to Print a selection of a webpage, document or email without printing the entire page:
Move the cursor to the beginning of the text that you want to select. Holding the left mouse button down, drag the mouse from the beginning to the end of the selection. Let go of the left mouse button. The selected text will be highlighted OR selected.

  • On your tool bar click on FILE
  • Scroll down and click on PRINT
  • When the print properties widow pops-up you have a choice of:
      All - OR - Selection
  • Click on SELECTION and then click the PRINT button.
This will only print the text that you have selected. You can do this from a webpage, word documents or your emails, but first you must select/highlight the text you want to print.

COPY
If you want to move the selected text to another location...while it is highlighted press:
Ctrl and at the same time press the C key.

PASTE
Move to the place you want to paste the information. Place the cursor where you want to paste and then press:
Ctrl and at the same time press the V key.

There you have moved your text to another location.

CUT
To remove the text you can hit your Backspace key while the text is selected or press:
Ctrl and at the same time press the X key.
