HOW TO COPY AND PASTE





  • Take your mouse pointer to the beginning of the text you want to copy and hold down your left mouse button.
  • Drag the mouse pointer to the end of the text you want to copy. (As shown in photo...it is highlighted.)
  • Let go of your left mouse button.
  • While holding your mouse pointer over the highlighted text, click the right mouse button.
  • Choose COPY from the menu that pops-up


  • Go to your email message or other document and place the mouse pointer where you want to paste the copied text.
  • Right click on your mouse and choose PASTE

There you have moved your text from one area to another. This will work with any highlighted text or highlighted image.


TO USE THE KEYBOARD SHORTCUT TRY THIS:

Hold down the Ctrl key and at the same time hit the C key for COPY.
  • Ctrl + C = COPY
  • Ctrl + V = PASTE
  • Ctrl + X = CUT
  • Ctrl + P = Print
